It was most amazing trip I have ever had,I was fascinated by the diverse nature in ladakh, on one side of road there were lands covered with dense forests and on the other side you could see huge snow covered mountains. The more I traveled on those twisted roads the more I was unwinding my self ,had never experienced Nature so raw, thanks to footloose gypsy for a memorable trip.Jullay Amish Lay, u r the best host ever, would love to travel again with footloose.

“Few things can be summed up into words; our journey through Leh-Ladakh was one such experience. Enticing as much as enriching, this part of Kashmir leaves one completely mesmerized! With the perfect itinerary from Footloose Gypsy, the tour undoubtedly had to be smooth. From travelling to food (pure veg), we were very well taken care of. Each one of us wants a hassle-free holiday, where the mind can relax and rejuvenate! With a well organized tour, Ladakh did exactly that to us.
As one travels along the breathtaking Zozilla pass, Khardungla pass, the magnificent mountains awaken you to the reality that you are but a speck in this vast universe! Absolutely unforgettable was the pristine Pangong lake, and the stay in the tents there simply added to the excitement. One element that made our trip exceptional was our visit to the fascinating village of Turtuk. Untouched by commercial tourism, this is one place that’s ‘strongly recommended’, as much for its historical importance as for its immaculate beauty!
Our rendezvous with Ladakh was undeniably memorable, but more so enchanting because Ladakh brings you not only closer to God but to yourself too! And for all this we are very grateful to our dear friend Amish Shah (almost a Ladakhi now!) who organized this slightly offbeat and exceedingly beautiful trip to Ladakh- the land of passes! All the best to you and Footloose Gypsy! Great job guys! Julley!!!

Lahul and Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), 13th November 2011
We were a group of 7 that visited Lahaul, Spiti, and Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh, in August 2011. Amish was extremely helpful in planning the itinerary and he ensured that our requirements were catered to. He suggested interesting places to visit and activities that are a must. Also, he was accommodating about our constant and last minute changes in plans. Although our plans to travel were finalized at the last moment, he made sure that we were put up at good hotels. Going the extra mile, he regularly called to know whether we were enjoying and were comfortable. At such locations where the weather is uncertain and unpredictable, Amish helped to change plans and hotel bookings instantaneously. He is well travelled and understands what people look and want for when travelling. I look forward to my next adventurous road trip planned by him.

Ladakh! One of the best experiences of my life! A must place to visit at least once in a lifetime, but in all probability one will want to come back again and again. I definitely want to! The warm ladakhi people, the serenity and total peace you get being surrounded by mountains 360° around, the colors of the landscape, the monasteries, the culture and essence of the place are truly what can be only be described as bliss. And the experience was all the more better because my group of 5 girls had such a wonderfully organized and safe trip. At every step our comfort was looked into, and overall it was a smooth and fun ride. Special thanks to our organizer, Amish Shah of Footloose Gypsy. A brilliant experience!
