What amazing & memorable trips!! And all thanks to Amish to make it happen. Tirthan valley was our first holiday planned by Amish in November 2020. We loved it so much that right after our trip we asked Amish to plan another trip for us in December 2020.

Tirthan valley was beautiful, a trekkers paradise - we did the Raghupur fort trek & overnight camping/trekking at Bashleo pass. Both treks were medium intensity with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The overnight camping was very well organized by Amish’s local partner. The rest of our stay was at Kudrat homestay which is a beautiful homestay in Tirthan Valley with gorgeous views of the valley from the property, delicious food and lovely hosts Sudhir & Bhawna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kudrat.

Palampur was another beautiful place. Just 1.5 hours from Dharamsala & Mcleod Ganj, this area is ideal to avoid the tourist rush and is midway to Bir Billing. We stayed at the Wah tea estate which is a beautiful home stay next to their tea estate. Wah was a beautiful home stay with amazing food especially their himachali thali. Most of their produce comes from their vegetable garden and almost everything they serve right from bread/granola/jams/pickles etc are all made in house. Amish planned the whole trip right from the property, treks, paragliding, local transport and recommendations for must-do’s in Dharamsala & Mcleod Ganj.

Amish was extremely proactive and made sure we were very well taken care of during both the trips. His planning was immaculate and it did not stop there. He was always available on the phone at any hour of the day if we had any issues/concerns during our trip and made sure to sort it out. He was highly accommodating to any last minute changes if required. Right from local transport, restaurant recommendations, packing lists, etc he helped out with everything. I would highly highly recommend Amish and look forward to our next trip planned by Amish.

We all know how 2020 has been for all of us.. Absolutely tied down to our homes and work and not knowing the difference anymore between work and home. Amish convinced us that December 2020 , we should break the monotony and get out and travel. Tirthan valley seemed like an excellent idea.. Trekkers paradise, great homestay with covid measures in place, not so crowded with tourists... And so began our planning. The best part with Amish is he takes care of every bit of the planning... Finding the most surreal properties which a novice wouldn't find on trip advisor, arranging taxis and guides that are comfortable for women travelers, giving us a list of restaurants and dishes where you can't go wrong. All these are so crucial when you work crazy hours at a job and don't have the time to get into such details. And he goes out of his way, checks in daily on calls (though this is not even needed).. He even tracked our return flights and informed us that it has been cancelled even before the airline did and gave us a very helpful mobile number with the airline (non toll free) wherein we managed the refund and new booking within ten minutes. A record I tell you. This was not even part of his job. But yeah, this trip was the much needed break in 2020, a glimmer of hope, a resurrection of the wandering spirit in me, a chance to appreciate incredible India and take these covid times as an opportunity to travel as much in India as possible. This is our second travel / Holiday planned by Amish and this time too its was planned immaculately, all the small details were taken care of. Thank you Amish for introducing us to Kudrat Home stay, the host there were very warm, the property is location and the place it self was really good.

What better way to start the new year, than, by carrying through it, the serenity of the golden temple, the grandiosity of the Rajashtani forts and the beauty of the greatest symbol of love- The Tajmahal!
This being our second trip with Amish we were expecting nothing but the best and boy did he deliver!
Amish made sure all arrangements, right from the accommodation to the transportation(vehicles/drivers/guides) were the best fit for our requirements and ensured we had the flexibility that is needed when one has a moody toddler and her leisurely grandma as companions. His availability throughout the trip and fab F&B recommendations are what makes us choose him, everytime.
